During my time at RKD Holdings, I played a key role in the development of two major projects:1. Land Management SystemThis platform primarily focuses on the buying and selling of the company’s own land and property assets, with the option to extend to external property owners listing their properties. Agents, who can either be company-assigned or self-registered, assist in streamlining property transactions. -Developed 10+ APIs for land and property models, enhancing search, wishlist, and rating features. -Implemented real-time notifications for agents and optimized user authentication. -Improved land creation, rating logic, and integrated social login with Socialite.2. Jewelry E-commerce Platform -Built dynamic product displays for featured collections and best collections and daily gold/silver rates. -Integrated real-time pricing updates and SEO optimization for product pages. -Enhanced admin controls for managing featured products and best collections.

During my internship, I developed strong coding skills in Laravel, MySQL, RESTful APIs, and server-side programming. Additionally, I enhanced my soft skills, including communication, presentation, and logical problem-solving abilities.Key Project: News-Portal Site -Built a comprehensive News-Portal site using Laravel. -Implemented RESTful APIs and used Laravel UI for authentication. -Developed an admin dashboard with Filament for managing content.This internship provided me with valuable experience in web development and project management, showcasing my ability to deliver robust and user-friendly applications.
