Having ownership for creating any exception policies or real time based policies as required. This also includes blocking any web traffic or bypass as per requirements. Endpoint Central Manage Engine -Administration As an Admin of Endpoint central, working on application deployments remotely via Endpoint central, creating and managing policies, configuration and inventory. Different policies and configuration has been created as of now based on organizational units (OU). Patch management is also a core part in this project where some Automatic Patch deployments policies were created. Falcon Crowdstrike-AdministrationDaily Monitoring Endpoint alerts and connecting with end users whenever required to guide them or to take appropriate action based on virus and malware alerts. I actively contribute to organizational strategic plans and reviews.Throughout my career, i had work on end user support, inventory management, VIP user support, google workspace .
