Margin Call & IP Fails settlement• Uploading daily collateral related fails of Brokers, Custodians and Accounting to fail station and assign to team members.• Settlement of Cash Collateral and Securities of ISDA, CCP and Future Collateral fails.• Settlement fails monitoring (high value trades prioritized), resolution and escalation according to client standard.• Communicating and coordinating with overseas Brokers and Custodians for resolving trade queries.• Preparing comments on fail reports of Brokers, Custodians and Accounting and reporting to Client.• Taking calls with Brokers and onshore team for fail trades. Interest payment processing • Reconciling monthly interest payment on cash collateral of ISDA, CCP and Future collateral and sending spreadsheet to Brokers.• Interacting with Brokers for agreeing interest payment, agreement and agreeing same within SLA deadline.• Investigating and resolve discrepancy in interest accrual due to mismatch of cash collateral balances with Brokers.• Resolving interest payment fails of Brokers, Custodians and Accounting.Executive Responsibility• Handling team size 11 people.• One and one discussion in every month with all team members. like employee performance, Error, Training, Leaves, etc.. and provide MIP (Monthly Incentive Plan)• Auditing all type of corporate action event which is process by team and Also handling reporting part which related to process• Handling escalation, break and issue with Custodian, Client and Internal department via Emails and Call• Every week managing client call for discuss related to Process issue, Work volume and Pending agenda item.

Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Action.Notification, Allocation, Election and Reconciliation.• Working in team processing specialized investments including Voluntary & Mandatory Corporate Actions security, like. Bond, Fixed Income and Equity.• Corporate Action Team looks into events and monitors the activities. Informing the client of Corporate Action and then ensuring proper elections been sent. • Review Notifications Relating to Corporate Actions Events of Fixed Income and Equity Set up and maintain Actions Events for tracking submissions on offers, arrangements etc.• Timely and accurately administration, Processing & Monitoring Voluntary and Mandatory corporate actions on daily basis with time deadline into the fund accounting system.• Liaising with custodians and client to ensure notifications are processed and Fund manager decision are received in timely manner. Ensure accurate instructions are made to custodians with the agreed timeframes.• Responds to client & custodian inquiries and Escalate issues to supervisor/Manager.• Daily basis check cash dividend income report on Ex-date and Ex-date -1.• Checking Position and Cash recon on daily basis with custodians.• Daily liaising up with Custody bank, IMS internal department & Client internal department by e-mail or by voice to find out reason of discrepancy timely delivering final report up to the onshore client.

• Worked on all loner monthly and dailies data for matching purpose with various bank websites and handling monthly as well as dailies queries & Emails efficiently. Escalation made regarding fails, dailies, and monthlies work.• Updating the PLM (production lifecycle management) and handling related queries.• Facilitating transitions with regard to new accounts & Facilitate MIS of new as well as closed accounts.• Facilitating allocation of new and bank changed accounts.• Facilitate TLM work (Transaction Life Cycle Management).
