Silver Oak Health is a highly innovative firm that provides psychological counselling and proactive wellbeing programs for over 500 corporate customers. The services include 24/7 counselling as well as highly scalable digital programs including a counsellor assisted online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) aided by an Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered EAP app. The company now serves over 3.5 million lives in India and across South Asia, and aspires to be one of the largest mental health services firms in the world.In his spare time, Sushil pursues woodworking as a hobby and passion. He encourages people to think creatively and come up with original and innovative ideas that lead to creation of new products or improved services.
