I believe effectiveness and impact in leadership and life derive from authenticity. Authenticity to me is when external actions are in harmony with internal values. I believe authenticity comes from knowing and being comfortable with who you are, and to then be willing to live with the impact of being who you are.After balancing authenticity in a corporate career for 15 years, I decided to take off my mask. I now work with individuals to try and help find a way they can take off their masks, if even for a while, and be true to themselves and their work. This includes over 1500 hours of coaching C Suite and senior leaders across manufacturing, offshore services, IT, banking, retail and UN agencies, both in India and abroad.
