Dr. Sushil Kumar has organized several national and international academic events. He is the founding editor of the journal title “Journal of Nuclear Physics, Material Sciences, Radiation, and Applications” (ISSN Online: 2321-9289) which was started in 2013. Dr. Sushil has set up the Open Journal Systems (OJS-PKP) platform for a reputed university. Including managing editorial workflow and production, indexing, layout, publication policies, membership, digital marketing, SEO of research articles, and journal management for all 9-Open Access journals. He is a strong advocate of the Open Access movement.
