Dr. Sushil Kumar has organized several national and international academic events. He is the founding editor of the journal title “Journal of Nuclear Physics, Material Sciences, Radiation, and Applications” (ISSN Online: 2321-9289) which was started in 2013. Dr. Sushil has set up the Open Journal Systems (OJS-PKP) platform for a reputed university. Including managing editorial workflow and production, indexing, layout, publication policies, membership, digital marketing, SEO of research articles, and journal management for all 9-Open Access journals. He is a strong advocate of the Open Access movement. Additionally, Sushil aims to increase awareness about publication and research ethics among the scientific community, along with providing technical support and information about indexing, repositories, preprint archives, Open Access rights and licenses, and persistent Identifiers.
