CurrentWorking with one of the Biggest Banking organizations to host Business Critical Infra on VMware and assisting intheir digital transformation journey and accountable for data Centre operations.Bridging Knowledge Gaps between the customer and Virtualization, Storage, and OS team by acting as a SubjectMatter Expert as and when required.Map VMware solutions to the customer’s unique business and technical requirements.Assists in the Adoption of the latest VMware Technologies by creating a Clear-Cut plan of action and aidingexecution.Assist customers to manage the growth of their virtual environment while identifying opportunities to leverageVMware’s technology across multiple lines of business.Demonstrate an ability to manage complex environments with varied technologies being used.Primary point of contact for all complex performance & functional troubleshooting relating to the Virtualization &Storage domain.Creating Proof of Concept/ Test infra and demos along with my team for customers to experience productfunctionalities.Aids customers with design and implementation research that includes best practice recommendations.Coordinate with the core operations team to identify and resolve obstacles to eliminating risks duringImplementation, transition, or upgrade.Actively manage a team of first-level technical resources to follow standardized methodologies.Participate in the change management process and attend CAB meetings to oversee changes affecting operations.Identify the challenges and suggest improvement on methods to meet the Service Level Agreement.
