I've grown comfortable being an outsider. A life split between two countries, India and the United States, an architect leading an interior design studio, and a now a founder without a tech background. But this dichotomy comes with its benefits, pushing me to venture beyond boundaries with explorations spanning multiple scales of design to business to technology. And through these experiences, I've learned two things. First, that every endeavor we undertake is fundamentally a trust-building exercise, both with ourselves and others so we should treat them with that care. More recently, I've realized that most of us find it quite hard to be kind to ourselves, a practice that deserves more space in our lives.These have culminated in the founding of Ohms. I now have the privilege of taking these experiences and collaborating with a incredible team of scientists, creatives and engineers to create the world's first responsive and social mental health platform driven by your biofeedback. Together, we're building the trust necessary for practices that enable us to show kindness to ourselves and each other.
