In my career journey, I've achieved several milestones in process optimization and quality management. I also streamlined pigeon pea processing, reducing time and enhancing dehulling efficiency. Furthermore, I innovated by replacing leather belts with chemical treatments to improve pigeon pea polishing. As a lead auditor, I implemented a robust quality management system following ISO 9001:2015 standards for the global R&D wing of the paddy business area.
