• Planning, Organizing & Executing of Export order, Right from the day of receiving the order to the final shipment.• To ensure submissions of Merchandising + R&D. And day to day merchandising activities.• To plan Costing, Sourcing of right material & input to execute the deliveries on time.• Follow up with buyers for all the approvals/ new developments or future business.• To follow up with fabric suppliers, Trims suppliers & Processing mills to ensure timely arrangement for all the material.• Keeping time checks at various stages of the orders, to ensure situation under control and also to find weaker areas.• Coordinate with Production Dep’t. For smooth flow of production and troubleshoot all the problem
