I earned a Master's in Economics from Khwopa College and a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from St. Xavier's College, Maitighar, where I majored in Accounting and Business Management. Since April 2016, I've worked as an accountant at Everest English School, and I was elevated to Chief Accountant in April 2021. My primary skills include financial administration, reporting, analysis, and compliance.As Chief Accountant, I am responsible for all elements of the organization's financial operations, including accuracy, integrity, and strategic planning. I supervise accounting teams, oversee financial reporting processes, and use financial data to support decision-making. With my expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and general ledger administration, I can streamline accounting operations and maximize resource allocation. I am also skilled in regulatory compliance, tax preparation, audit coordination, risk management, and financial integrity.I enjoy working in a team, establishing a nice environment, where I can communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external auditors, and business partners. I believe in diversity and inclusion, and my experience as an accountant in the education sector gives me a unique viewpoint.
