Responsible for Company's Legal and Compliance matters at group level

Responsible for team's performance management, people development, ensure continuity of service,

Provide support in contracts and compliance to global lawyers, line of business.Review, Draft & negotiate various type of commercial contracts ranging from Distributor Agreement, Consignment Stock Agreement, Consultancy Agreement, Logistic & Warehouse Agreement, MSA, IT Frame work etc., advise the business or the local legal on the risks and ensure the company is in compliance Review Draft & Negotiate pharma specific contracts ranging from various type of Clinical Trial Agreement (Investor Initiated Agreement, Non-Interventional CTA), Research Agreement, etc Advise the Line of Business (LoB) , local legal on the company compliance matters, risk assessment, conduct internal training for the LoB on compliance matters.Review, draft and provide opinion on intercompany contracts.Involved in the hiring process for the team in India by conducting the face to face training, providing the assessment to the management, shortlisting the candidate and ensuring the proper on boarding Responsible for the Training and Mentoring of all the new lawyers by preparing the training plan, on the job training, providing feedback, conducting classs room training and ensure that a smooth transition is done.

Supported close to 20+ lawyers across Region Europe and International Operations in review, draft & negotiate commercial contracts, pharma specific contracts;assisting & advising Line of Business (LoB) with Compliance matters like conducting risk assessment, educating LoB, conducting training etc.
