● Based on direct user research, conceived of and launched a mobile marketplace for used children’s products ● Semi-finalist in the Launch 2013 Startup competition and incubated at Berkeley’s Skydeck Accelerator ● Conducted user research to develop product recommendation logic based upon the correlation between personality and buying behavior

● Partnerships: Built alliances spanning across labor unions, trade associations, Federal (EPA, FCC, FDA), State, local and International governmental organizations (UN) to drive adoption of public health policies● Management: Managed a team of 12 to define environmental initiatives for San Francisco and for the State of California at large (urban forestry, green procurement, integrated pest management and waste management) ● Leadership: Drafted 5 public health policies and socialized them with the SF Mayor and Board of Supervisors for adoption; Spearheaded a state-wide GHG measurement platform for SMBs that was adopted by the State (CA Dept. of Toxic Substances Control); Worked directly with the Board of Supervisors, Commission on the Environment and city agencies on toxics reduction policies for San Francisco’s business community; Co-founded CA Green Business Program Network, an NGO aimed at building a statewide community of Green Business municipalities.● Communications and PR: Led large scale stakeholder engagement, public campaigns, expert testimony and media communications (featured in Forbes et al. for cell phone litigation, medicine take-back, and toxic toys) ● Negotiations: Participated in the residential garbage rate setting process with Recology and SF.DPW to ensure convenient toxics disposal services and high capture rates of toxic products.
