Sushmina is a social innovator dedicated to working with young people in education and leadership development. She is the former Global Program Manager at Peace First - a global not-for-profit organization working to mentor young change-makers in project management and design thinking. She is also the Co-Founder of YOUTHive Nepal - an NGO working with young people between 18-30 years old to promote intergenerational leadership and skills gap through mentoring and peer-to-peer learning. Sushmina is a graduate of Master’s degree in MSc Children, Youth and International Development at Birkbeck, University of London as a Chevening Scholar (2021-22).
