My role at SRS consists of serving as an HR business partner who provides essential support for all aspects of human resources. Some of my more notable accomplishments in this role are highlighted below. ~Played a pivotal role in creating critical talent retention strategy during challenging business climate; developed and drove adoption of prioritized rewards and low-cost creative initiatives which substantially increased retention and resulted in approximately $3 million in savings to the company annually. ~Successfully developed and implemented Competency Matrix for entire organization in the U.S. and India.~Spearheaded the planning, development and implementation of comprehensive HRIS across the company in both the U.S. and India.

Analyst - Global Mobility
My time with Deloitte was very valuable in terms of acquiring extensive experience in the global mobility space. In this position, I was tasked with managing a variety of global expatriate engagements for Deloitte member firms in various locations, and extending taxation and global mobility expertise on expatriate compliance for international assignments. In addition, I oversaw and guided member firms in establishing processes and correct structuring of assignments, prepared member firm’s monthly reports, holding monthly meetings to advise on costs, cost reduction strategies, and associated tax benefits, and counseled member firms on how to maximize the benefit to the business unit. I managed these processes, while simultaneously achieving tax compliance in the host country. I also audited letters, budgets and reports prior to submission to the client. I have listed a few of my key achievements while at Deloitte below. ~Handpicked as the quality single point of contact (SPOC) as a result of the ability to maintain 100% accuracy of team prepared. ~Original member of pioneering three-member team of shared system services; established as subject matter experts (SME), trained and mentored new hires and successfully expanded team to 14 members.~Held full responsibility for onboarding new member firm in the U.S. which resulted in a cost savings to the company equivalent to a full-time employee.
Hr - Global Immigration
I provided a wide range of operational and administrative global immigration services at Infosys - a technology firm with more than 20K employees in 56 countries across 8 regions. This involved collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure all visa applications were processed according to country-specific immigration guidelines, monitoring legislative and policy changes, maintaining compliance with immigration formalities and corporate code of conduct, and reviewing visa applications and other immigration documentation for accuracy. I also worked with third party vendors to ensure timely submission of applications and passports, and conducted visa stamping and travel briefing sessions to prepare associates for interviews with Consulates. Some of my primary contributions in this role include:~Instrumental part of streamlining and automating Infosys immigration system; implemented strategic improvements which reduced escalation percentage from 57% to 25%. ~Selected to serve as single point of contact with responsibility and oversight for all immigration processes for 20K+ associates.~Directly contributed to development center being the first in the company to have a fully updated immigration system.
