I am a computational biologist with extensive experience in studying structural and functional characteristics of macromolecules and their interactions. In my PhD I have studied intrinsically disordered proteins based on its structural, functional and evolutionary features. Methods including molecular dynamics simulation, molecular modeling, enhanced sampling, machine learning have been used extensively in my research work. I am well accustomed with Linux and Microsoft OS along with proficiency in coding using Python language. I am enthusiastic to learn new tools and techniques, and venture into new avenues of scientific research.
