Part of Credit middle office’s Security based lending team.• Process Design and Documentation – Designed and document process for secured credit facilities.• Credit Assessment and Decisioning – Conducted Credit assessment and Risk decisioning for structured transactions ensuring that the credit decisions are in tandem with organizational credit policies.• Collateral Valuation – Ensuring accurate valuation of collateral based on valuation techniques defined by organization. • Vendor/Suppliers Payments – Carried out accounting activities associated with product costing, manufacturing cost and inventory related activities. Performed and reviewed product costing on regular basis.• Inventory Management – Assisted company with physical inventory counts and cycle counts. Investigate cycle counting variances and resolve issues.

Part of the Consumer Community Banking responsible for managing process in accordance with SLA’s set with stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of projects assigned within agreed TAT.• Process Management and Transaction Monitoring – Managing, monitoring, and reconciling daily transactions and ensuring that the relevant adjustments are made in transaction by making a credit or debit entry to corresponding general ledger.• Operational and Process Excellence – Minimizing operational loss by suggesting ways to optimize existing process thereby reducing the overall turn around time and ensuring deliverables to client are in accordance with the SLA’s defined.• Process Review and Authorization – Reviewed and verified existing organizational processes and ensured that the existing processes have adequate controls wherever required.• UAT – Was a part of the testing team and conducted end to end testing of the different test cases at the time of deployment of a new process. • Work allocation – Allocation of daily work to team and ensuring that the allocated work is completed by the team as per the SLA’s defined b stakeholder.
