Role and Responsibilites:-Managing the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources. • Making strategic plans for requirement and implementing the same within the required time frame.• Meeting and understanding the requirement of the clients.• Screening of right candidates through various sources such as job portal, head hunting, mapping, internal reference, external reference, existing database and usage of social networking sites.• Shortlist the candidate with best-fit skill sets. • Scheduling and coordinating the interview as per the client's convenience.• Making and managing the internal database to utilize the same for future opening.Negotiation:• Ask the candidates to fill the compensation sheet which reflects the salary breakup of his present CTC, which helps in comparing what he, is drawing and what is being offered.• Understand candidate’s requirements & clients budget and helps in bringing mutual consent from both the parties.On Boarding:• After the selection of the candidate take responsibility of all the documentation part to be done.• Follow up till the candidate joins.• Sending greetings on his joining the organization.Relationship Management:• Managing the relationship with the clients by ensuring the delivery on the profiles as per there requirements.• Keeping connect with the candidates to ensure he/she is satisfied with the job, in turn building a good relationship.• Responsible for addressing the issues of the candidates, if any.
