Responsibilities:My responsibilities includes processing of Shopping Cart/ Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Order of both EMEA and US regions, finding solutions for remedy cases on a regular basis, daily processing of commercial 1st, sending reports on monthly basis about the volume received which the team performs regularly, daily processing of saved queues of the POs which are stuck due to error. In addition to all these I have provided training and assistance to team members, provide support and coordinated with customers and also looked after the team tasks in absence of supervisor.To fulfill my given responsibilities I have made myself quite adept in using applications such as SAP, SRM and Ariba. This in result have helped me in providing improvement ideas which leads to time saving and minimise error in the process. Receiving RnR multiple times and receiving multiple appreciations from clients belonging to US and EMEA are some achievements which are the result of my hardwork and dedication towards my work.Experience:I have total experience of 5 years in Genpact as a Senior associate.
