Roles & Responsibilities include:- Assist and facilitate general pre-design activities.- Ensuring effective coordination and communication among the several stakeholders (International & Local) through-out the project lifecycle from Initiation to Closeout.- Develop RFP documents, study and compare the techno-commercial proposals and provide recommendation.- Develop consultants list, design briefs, RFPs and contract documents. - Assist the design team in space planning, material selection & cost estimating and Project team in developing A&E budget.- Control project documentation regarding design and other relevant details.- Standardize design system and develop template and formats with internal/external stakeholders.- Set up relevant design co-ordination meetings and manage time keeping on design submittal response.- Setup and monitor Project Schedule and assist the design manager in overall coordination with multiple A&E consultants throughout the design process.- Assisting in design reviews at all gateways with collaboration and coordination with internal stakeholders and client.- Assist project manager in managing end to end tender process- Assist and track payments of A&E consultants as per agreed milestones in the contract.

Roles and Responsibilities include:- Work as a design advisor to the airport operator from Initiation to Close-out phase of Terminal Building and Ancillary services.- Review and Evaluation of Architectural Passenger Terminal and Ancillary building Designs with the agreed Technical specification, Functional requirements, sustainability goals as well as the codes and standards.- Managing client expectations by developing Scope Change Matrix for analyzing risks, in coordination with the contracts team.- Assessing LEED credits for Passenger Terminal Building, in coordination with client's Sustainability team and the Contractor.- Tracking Design Programme, Procurement status and execution schedule and reporting using Risk registers, Visual reports and Project Dashboards.- Coordination with globally renowned Consultants for Interior Design, Signage, Landscape, Lighting and Artwork.- Using Lean tools like 5S and Kanban for goal setting and prioritizing work within team and across stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities include:- Managing Corporate Interior fit-out projects (approx. 1 lakh sqft) from Inception to Close-out. Ability to work within tight deadlines and changing environments.- Assisted Client in achieving WELL certification points through Design solutions and material selections for one project.- Using PM tools- Dashboards, Progress reports, Performance reports, Risk registers, Payment tracker, etc.- PMO champion for north region and assist central PMO in taking new PM initiatives, maintaining Risk logs, Variation Tracker, Cash inflow and out-flow for all the projects in Delhi NCR region.
