As a Business Development Executive responsible for campus hiring and client empanelment for Rozgar.com, my responsibilities include:Client Acquisition: I am responsible for identifying potential clients who could benefit from Rozgar.com's services, pitching the company's offerings to them, and convincing them to sign up. This will require research and analysis to identify suitable clients, effective communication skills to engage with them, and the ability to tailor the pitch to the client's needs.Client Relationship Management: Once you have acquired clients, I will be your responsibility to maintain positive relationships with them. I also need to negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the terms.Campus Recruitment: I am responsible for developing and executing a campus recruitment strategy to identify and attract top talent for Rozgar.com.
