My key competencies which is required to deliver my work on a daily basis involves strong stakeholder management skills where right expectations are to be set up on demand fulfilment.Strong eye for detail, quality conscious methodical approach to ensure the optimum utilization of resources.Analysis will entail the understanding of overall capacity available across all Infrastructure towers. A time-sliced demand picture will have to be overlaid on the available headroom and decisions will have to be driven upon an in depth analysis of net capacity.Communicate effectively at different technical levels, demonstrating both excellent verbal and written communication skills. Chairing Capacity Management Forums for each region (APAC, EMEA, AMER, Africa) to have health checks and Demand view.Decision making involves analysis of available capacity across towers vis-à-vis business demand. For eg: A datacentre has 1 TB of storage capacity and the incoming demand is for 2.5 TB. In such cases, the analysis will involve identification of flagship projects, validation of estimated demand, amount of storage expected to be returned to the central pool,drive cross business discussion to ascertain priority projects and the right kind of escalation / intervention sought before the right decision is in place.

As part of this role, I have handle complex projects for multiple geographies within card and customer data security. My work scope varies from Project Management, Governance to Cryptography consultancy. My key responsibilities are keys & certificate governance, project planning, project governance, cost estimation, consultancy and end-to-end project handling.Project Management: •Identify top priority keys to be renewed. Gather requirements to execute and engage with relevant technical teams and 3rd parties.•Identify key stakeholders and communicate the initiation of project to all.•Prepare project plan and walkthrough the activities with all teams.•Demonstrate Project scheduling skills to keep project on track.•Anticipate needs and ask questions to ensure the risk assessment has been done properly.•End to end project execution.Project Estimation and Forecasting:•Cost estimation, Revised Annual Forecasting, SOW and project cost tracking.•Prepare Weekly status reports, metrics and finance dashboard for management.•Track and ensure the actual cost does not overshoot the forecasted cost.Stakeholder Management:•Effective stakeholder engagement.•Communicate risks/changes to all stakeholders proactively.•Consensus-building, management of expectations and negotiation to agree on points and commitments.Process Support: •Provide support and work on developing frameworks, processes, planning.Business Reporting: •Produce yearly key renewal plans and weekly status report for Business reporting.•Create and maintain dashboards with metrics and holistic view of progress to Business.Project RAIDs Management: •Ensure project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies are logged, analyzed and addressed in a standard way.•Run Governance forum to represent the identified RAIDs to top Management and have mitigation plan.

• Project Management: Manage and support IT Infrastructure technology projects for Barclays Global Retail Banking Technology.• Project Tracking.• Project Estimation and Forecasting: Finance Governance and support for the projects including cost estimation, Revised Annual Forecasting, Work Order management and project cost tracking.• Project Resource Management: Engagement of project resources and maintaining staffing profiles for projects.• Process support: To provide support to programme/portfolio/project managers in relation to project management and frameworks, processes, planning and tools.• Business Reporting: Producing aggregate plan/programme/portfolio reporting in terms of delivery to time, quality and cost and assisting the programme/portfolio/project managers with compilation of reports.o Scheduled project reports (SAP P11 & BW extracts , effort/cost reports for the projects).o Project RAIDs management.o Ad-hoc reports (Dashboards, Trackers and Presentations).• Additional responsibilities: Support for Forecasting, Estimation, Accruals, Work Orders, Finance Reports, Purchase Orders, etc.
