• Responsible for production and purchase planning of Modern Insulin plants of Novo Nordisk at Iran and Algeria. • Develop Master production schedules based on sales forecast, production capacities, Inventory policies and lead time. • Responsible for maintaining Plant Level Master data in SAP ECC for planning and purchasing items. • Prepare procurement plan based on long term plan (LTP), bottle necks and capacity constraints and ensure on time delivery of raw material in order to mitigate line stoppages. • Set inventory norms & monitor inventory levels across different products. Ensure maintaining of safety stock, reorder levels for all class of items. • Establish and maintain forecast performance measurement and evaluation. Demonstrate customer centric approach and adherence to customer expectations to promote a positive company image. • Ensure data integrity and quality by reviewing data, identifying unusual occurrences, seeking explanations and assisting in developing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrences. • Reviews and reacts to MRP alert messages to correct due-date shortfalls in planned supply, with a focus on specific customer account requirements for material availability.
