Dr. Sush Mohan is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in working with individuals with past traumatic experiences and high-risk behaviors. Currently, she provides trauma-focused group therapy to adults in a Partial Hospitalization Program and individual treatment to patients across the lifespan with a variety of generalist and complex presenting concerns. She approaches therapy and intervention using a curious, inclusive, culturally sensitive, and person-centered approach. Dr. Mohan strongly believes in forming strong therapeutic alliances to foster a safe place for exploration, insight, and growth. She earned her Psy.D. at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, completed her pre-doctoral internship at a community mental health center in Canton, OH, and her post-doctoral fellowship at Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, PA. She is certified in TF-CBT, and is trained in dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, CBT for Insomnia, and motivational interviewing. Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Mohan is an active member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee within her department and co-teaches Individual and Cultural Diversity Didactics Seminar for interns.
