  • Act as the point of contact from offshore location to the onshore offices/accounts and being responsible for leading a team managing strategic relationships with the Service Line stakeholders.• Successfully convert opportunities into projects by working closely with the multiple internal and external stakeholders and leading end-to-end client accountability on all consulting and pre-transition assignments.• Co-develop strategy and roadmap for the NA&APAC Markets function in close collaboration with the Director, and respective service function leaders, participating in the annual budgeting process and identifying new streams for revenue growth.• Conceptualize and deliver customized business cases, proposal and collaterals around the solutions and services, besides articulating progressive value proposition and following up with appropriate closing actions.• Drive the functional teams and supporting them in responding to RFP/Q, preparing proposals, identifying the appropriate resources and ensuring submission within the agreed timeline.• Working closely with the Communications team in planning, reviewing and executing the communications strategy for the Markets function in alignment with the organizations strategic and growth goals.• Strategizing and conducting Leadership meets, region specific events and workshops aimed at socializing the service offerings to a wider customer base.
