As a Financial research analyst, I have worked on more than 20 research projects, where my task was to forecast and predict the outcome of upcoming financial events based on in depth analysis and offer insights into a range of financial instruments, markets, and businesses. My main duties throughout the internship are gathering and analyzing financial data, assessing investment prospects, and writing in-depth reports, which includes the prediction for the upcoming financial events. I wanted to actively participate in these duties so that I could influence the organization's decision-making and gain a better grasp of the financial sector.In addition to the forecast and prediction for the upcoming events, my task includes creating a portfolio of stocks that I expect to perform well under the possibility of our predicted forecast happening. It assumes that that I select such stocks that have a positive impact on the specific sector of the economy that is expected to benefit of the predicted values. The higher the returns on the portfolio of stocks, when indexed to the actual values whenever declared by respective authorities, the higher my overall score gets when combined with the scores of my reports. The portfolio of stocks is created separately, each corresponding to the forecast of each individual event.
