Projects & Key Responsibilities • Experience in Sanity, System Testing, Future Testing and Regression Testing of Oracle products on EPAP, LSMS and ELAP release basis to deliver quality of product to telecom operators.• Performed TPD, Application installation, different types of upgrades on EPAP, LSMS.• Performed basic configurations in EPAP, LSMS, also restored DB on the basis of support like hardware, releases and as well as verified their performance.• Having testing experience in end to end testing in between EPAP (MPN)->EAGLE STP, EPAP(MPN) to verify their connectivity, alarms and their messages.• Having testing experience in end to end testing in between EPAP-NMS (SNMPv2c/SNMPv3)->EAGLE STP to verify their connectivity, alarms and their messages.• As these products are on Linux biased, So I have worked on Linux biased machines as well as web GUI testing in HTTP/HTTPS modes.• As a part of team attends weekly calls with the clients, provides weekly status to customer during weekly meetings calls.• During the EPAP network configurations, I have also worked on IPv4 as well as IPv6 IP addresses.• Having knowledge of message flow in between EPAP, NMS and EAGLE STP.

Projects & Key Responsibilities • Alarms Monitoring for types of nodes of HUAWEI NSS system for fault identification and take require action for its rectification on state level across PAN India.• Co-ordination with Huawei TAC to resolve complicated network issues.• Restoration/Escalation of fault as per priority basis.• Generation of reports in daily, weekly, monthly basis from node link utilization.• Ensuring constant check over network performance indicators at Switch-Poi Interfaces like ASR, Poi utilization, Signalling load, congestion, call lost.
