Continuing to actively advocate for ethical leadership and promotion of DEI such that the NRS Director was asked to speak on this subject at the national RSN conference (a talk to which I contributed) and successful delivery of in-person ResearchED featuring new and diverse voices. I sit on the EEF's Developing Diverse Voices Planning Group.Contributing to forecasting and development of our KPIs by looking at trends, the local landscape, and acting on data collected via evaluation surveys distributed across the region, resulting in realistic but ambitious targets. Sourcing and implementing a CRM system including scoping and negotiating with vendors. Reporting on the process via a business case to Trust Directors Leading on successful partnerships with Lead Providers Ambition Institute, Teacher Development Trust, and CEFEL ensuring continued quality of curricula and operational excellence.
