Brought in from the field to start CVI's Telesales Department. Team grew to 16 telemarketers in a variety of roles including national account support, regional field support and sole territories. Responsible for hiring, training, scripting, coaching and winning two 'Region of the Year' Awards for record growth. Many of the same responsibilities as listed above.
