DevOps Engineer of cloud platform serviceDeployment, Process control, On-call for service affairs:1. Collaborate with the developers and QA to identify the deployment process and check if the new version is ready to be deployed.2. Check if the related requirements are ready before deployment, such as if the CR is approved, if the deploy time is good for users and if there are some affects for customers during the deployment. The deployment only can be done when all the requirements are satisfied.3. Collaborate with developer and QA to perform the deployment for service and extractor channels into AWS service, then create monitors after new deployment is completed.4. Take on-call duty when there are some issues reported by customers or alerts reported from monitors, analyze and identify where the issue occurs and find the best resolve solution, then perform professional actions to resolve related issues.5. Write clearly document for deployment process, such as how to renew SSL cert, how to update credentials and so on.6. Create systematic terraform code which can be used for service deployment and restore.7. Create detailed document for customers (all extractor teams) about how to deploy their extractor channels into our service more smoothly, and help to debug and resolve customer's issues.Achievements:1. Collaborate with US DevOps team completed security review, soc2 scan requirements and Bronze Estimate Investment Report.3. Review develop design of new features, and discuss with US developers to make sure the new feature design become standard and reasonable.2. Report defects and track the status of each defect, and verify them after they are marked as resolved by developers.4.
