Created and maintained new firm’s file database on own time (2004-2006). Joined Giffen & Kaminski when separation contract from Cavitch expired and took on HR responsibilities, onboarding all new employees, processing benefits renewals, and hiring support staff. Acted as liaison for Client Technology Assessments and worked with Managed Service Provider to complete. Served on IT committee, researching, vetting, and selecting new MSP to transfer data as needed. ✔️ Facilitated work-from-home plan while large national convention was hosted in Cleveland.
