As the liaison between management, technical, and quality departments, this required daily monitoring and tracking of trends and systems for total quality performance and ensuring production and volume goals were consistently met. * Built and designed Logic Blocks and control screens on the Foxboro Distributed Control System (DCS) which monitored paper machines and equipment, flagging alarms when quality limits and specifications exceeded property requirements.* Evaluated the entire mill production system to decrease paper fiber loss and sewer flow thereby reducing raw material and city wastewater treatment costs.
