As DFPS liaison and Project Team Lead, Child and Adult Protective System project, participated in the design, development and implementation of the Child and Adult Protective System (CAPS) in partnership with Accenture. I designed, coded, developed and implemented computer based training (CBT) for effective cost efficient training of 6400 Agency employees on CAPS. In this position I served as the technical lead/developer for the Accenture/TDPRS training team. I modified the code of CAPS CBT windows screens to ensure that they reflected the current CAPS Application. I coordinated with agency staff and senior administrators to incorporate policy changes. I developed /modified CBT models to include system variables for quicker more efficient development by the CBT team there by cutting development time in half. In total the team developed 55 hours of CBT training. . I was asked to participate in the financial Post Implementation and the Add/Modify Service Authorization workgroups. I provided automated systems classroom training. Certified to teach MS Word, Excel, MS Mail, and PowerPoint.
