Communicate with AE and Broker re status of loans, receive and analyze conditions, prepare file for docs out, review all condo certificate documents for compliance with state and company guides (i.e coverage amounts, types of coverage, HO6 policy), Managed files for three AE's with approximately 100-150 files each.

Analyzed income and credit documents to determine risk of Borrower, validate information and/or documents regarding Borrower's income and employment received from Broker, review appraisal to determine value of subject property and if property is solid collateral, review Title report for any adverse information that might effect new Title such as liens, notice of defaults etc., after reviewing and analyzing all information, determine if loan is sound and approve or deny accordingly.
