As U.S. Manager of Container Logistics at Greenfield, I handle all container shipments from the United States to overseas markets for six different log yards. This includes securing bookings with ocean carriers, container drayage, log yard schedules, export documentation and resolving daily issues that occur in this ever-changing international shipping environment.Greenfield LLC specializes in securing softwood forest resources from North and South America to export to Asia-Pacific markets, such as China, India and Vietnam. We offer end-to-end export logistics, including export sales and marketing, export documentation and trade services, but our competitive advantage lies in our vertical integration with logging, trucking, fumigation and yard/port operations.
