• Conduct research to aid the 3.0 revision of the Carnegie Council's 'Model International Mobility Convention' by focusing on key areas related to climate mobility, pandemic induced mobility, digital commuting and digital nomads, and new forms of multilateral governance. • Support the convention through the organization of events, developing online content, and promoting for the progressive development of the Convention.

Led comprehensive research efforts to identify and address knowledge gaps related to the Cyprus issue, providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform CPDC’s strategic planning.Spearheaded a digital innovation youth mainstreaming project, examining the role of social media platforms in an information ecosystem that predisposed youth to biased consequences of negative peace. This involved conducting one-on-one interviews with experts in peace negotiations, advocacy, human rights, and youth empowerment, and utilizing an AI-powered virtual dialogue tool to facilitate discussions with a focused group on advancing solutions.Conducted thorough analysis and review of program proposals for regional funding calls, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and maximizing potential for successful funding.Developed robust project proposals that were both organization-focused and community-driven, addressing the critical needs and priorities of the communities served by CPDC.Collaborated closely with the CPDC executive team across multiple workstreams, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of various projects and initiatives.

Represented the Belize delegation at the annual RJM-CANA (Red Jesuita con Migrantes- Central Americá Norte America) conference held on November 2019 in Tijuana, Mexico. During the conference, I delivered a presentation on qualitative research I conducted regarding the integration barriers encountered by undocumented and recently arrived migrants in Belize City.
