Deliver corrective action if needed.-Provide conflict resolution to Crisis Intervention Advocates as necessary.-Participate in Center Leadership initiatives, meetings and committees, and participate in and lead trainings as assigned.
Supervisor Of Crisis Response
-Provide oversight for the operations of the Center’s 24/7 crisis line and Crisis Intervention Advocates. -Provide regular individual and group supervision for Crisis Intervention Advocates, and facilitate team meetings. -Mentor newly hired Crisis Intervention Advocates and assist all advocates with KCADV requirements. -Provide coaching and goal-setting guidance.-Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of 24/7 crisis line services and procedures.
