- Develop and execute go-to-market planning and strategies, identify key target customers for different solutions and derive and develop solutions messaging and positioning- Proactively conduct market trend research and competitor's analysis- Understand customer needs and liaise with sales, marketing and products teams to solve challenges of enterprises and penetrate solutions into the market- Conduct product briefing/training session to support sales team & pre-sales consultant team

- Lead the creation and implementation of the go-to-market strategy for seasonal product launches- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates NATIVE UNION products in the market- Work to maintain strong market intelligence, keeping up to date on consumer social and competitive trends, and make recommendations for changes to our own strategies- Communicate product value proposition to the sales team and develop the tools and collateral that support the selling process- Work in collaborative groups with colleagues from different functional areas of the business such as project management, customer service and sales to ensure accurate timeline and deliverables

- Responsible to create KSP for new products (Headphone / Charger / Power bank, etc) for all channels (Amazon / Website / Packaging).- Create marketing tools by working closely with graphic & rendering designers for sales-end.- Work with in-house video creative team and advertising agency to create marketing video content for the brand product.- Work with regional marketing teams for localized marketing campaigns.- Planning social media promotions for flagship products monthly.- Conduct product marketing research & analysis for US/EU/JP offline markets.- Connect with regional commercial colleagues to meet needs and provide information.- Develop a new brand position & strategy for the power product line.- Coordinate CES & IFA programs with agencies, B2B & Digital team.

- Coordinate with Shopify launch plan & Amazon sales team to promote the new and key products, and enhance the product sales rankings (e.g. Amazon listing, Landing page for website, Shopify & Amazon store).- Support the digital marketing and social media strategies including websites of AUKEY brand, SEO, social media platforms.- Work with the digital marketing team to optimize monthly ads strategy of social media platforms based on data analysis with Google report.- Manage idea generation and production of photo & video shooting for all marketing materials with graphic & rendering designers and in-house video making team.- Ensure all marketing tools meet AUKEY brand consistency to build trust and loyalty with the target audience.

- Collaborate with the marketing and advertising team in all stages of marketing campaigns (e.g. Social media, direct mail, web, newspaper).- Support company's branding campaign on WeChat and other social media platforms.- Design, prepare and execute clear user-interaction strategies to increase followers through digital marketing, attract potential clients as well as enhance market recognition.- Collaborate with product manager and user experience (UX) designers to design the User interface (UI) with Photoshop- Organize marketing events (offline marketing campaigns)
