Current* Maintain partner relationships through collaboration with CAMs: Strategically discuss connecting sales teams, account mapping, sharing best practices, develop strategic growth plan, conduct QBRs, discuss opportunities to maximize rebates and effectively utilize MDF, and handle general partner queries.* Maintain POS reporting system and provide strategic partners with reporting as needed* Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners; evaluate benefits of partnership, track… Show more * Maintain partner relationships through collaboration with CAMs: Strategically discuss connecting sales teams, account mapping, sharing best practices, develop strategic growth plan, conduct QBRs, discuss opportunities to maximize rebates and effectively utilize MDF, and handle general partner queries.* Maintain POS reporting system and provide strategic partners with reporting as needed* Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners; evaluate benefits of partnership, track onboarding progress, review and collaborate on partner agreements with team, inform purchasing, finance, and sale staff of new partnerships, update internal resources with accurate partner information* Monitor partnership levels, track status, oversee certification requirements, and identify gaps between current status and desired level* Serve as administrator in partner portals to manage user accounts permissions, track sales data, access MDF request, and partnership status* Maintain centralized resources for sales staff; partner contacts, sales training folder, partner portals list, CRM vendor portal, price sheets list* Understand, manage, and track rebate & MDF programs and funds * Monitor partner performance metrics tied to MDF utilization and report findings to management* Allocate VIR, BER, and MDF payments through finance* Oversee incentive programs provided through the partners to the sales team* Oversee and manage tradeshow and event sponsorships; secure MDF, track partner participation, invoice and provide POP for events, allocate payments to finance* Organize and facilitate onsite partner training & webinar sessions for the sales staff* Plan and coordinate annual Howard Symposiums and onsite events: secure partner participation, send out clear and timely communications to all participants, partners and Howard staff, work with other team members to execute tasks effectively Show less
