She has worked extensively with early-stage startups and large corporates that want to innovate in a variety of roles including marketing, product, and business strategy across different industries. After taking a year of sabbatical in New Zealand, Susie is looking for her next challenge to help support non-traditional entrepreneurs. After having tried a few of her own startup ideas, she joined as employee number 5 in an early stage HR startup where she lead marketing, user acquisition and engagement initiatives. Being known for her ability to organize chaos, she then made a jump and joined the Royal Bank of Canada as the first Product Lead for their AI Research Institute, where she lead the team in solving meaningful problems for the bank using cutting-edge AI. Her latest gig has been at RBC Ventures where she ideated, built, and launched a product backed by RBC in less than a year that helps the bank engage students beyond banking.Having been to 40+ countries and completed her formal schooling in 9 different places, she is always on the move to explore the world. Her current mission is to help people, companies, and products unleash their full potential while exploring the world and building her tribe.
