0-1 Growth Strategy + ExecutionAs CGO/CRO at Find Your Grind, I created and launched FYG's partnership with Kaplan Test Prep, Google and Myers Briggs, which accelerated career readiness for pre-college students during the pandemic. I also designed the go-to-market strategy for FYG's B2C mobile app which gamified and personalized the user learning journey.I led the first growth team to launch FYG's suite of learning products to education partners across North America.
