Key Achievements• High success rate of recovering assets and/or negotiating settlements that delivered a strong return to creditorsKey Responsibilities • Managed a portfolio of insolvency cases within Restructuring and Advisory Department• Prepared and implemented strategy proposals for asset protection/sale including risk assessment and direct support in contentious litigation• Budget planning, risk assessment and management from outset and during course of each case• Managed staff resource ensuring strategic objectives, both physically and financially were met or exceeded• Procurement of legal services, external contractors and contract management• Liaison with key staff, stakeholders and contractors to achieve common goals and interests• Preparation of internal and statutory reports for Court/Stakeholders and Management• Performance managing/mentoring staff
