I have been doing a voice-over for different materials in Nepali language through an agency based in London. My clients come through the agency who select my voice through their library. It is on a freelance basis and can be flexible. So far, I have had opportunities to do voice-over for many reputed companies and continue to do so.

My main responsibilities in my current role are to support three specialists and two hygienists. I provide my assistance:- to ensure smooth running of their diaries on a daily basis - to provide patient care through various medium - to organise and manage their complex clinical diaries - to anticipate any issues and to handle them accordingly without causing anyone any stress - to ensure patients are fully aware and understand their treatment plans and co-ordinate accordingly- to work together as a team with other team members in the whole clinic and also support the practice management

I worked with a team of specialist dentists and my key responsibilities were to ensure smooth running of the practice, patient care, diary management and overall administration support to the whole team. I also supported the clinicians by assisting chairside when necessary. Besides the admin and management tasks, I also assisted in stock management for the clinical team as well as ensuring the practice was compliant according to the CQC standards.

I was one of the language consultants for Nepali version of what3words. As a consultant, my responsibility was to produce a list of words according to the company's requirements, translation and ensuring correct pronunciation for the map. We were a team of 40 or so members from all over the world who worked together in making this project happen.

It was a good platform to gain experience and learn more about spa treatments. Besides having a full time job in a dental clinic, I wanted to add an additional skill and this was one of the skills I have always wanted to get my hands on. I learned about direct customer care, more spa treatments for client relaxation and working in a different team.
