Project: Developing analytical pipelines for protein discovery, characterisation and monitoring through a product-led approach.Synopsis: The project is primarily aimed at developing signal processing and machine learning algorithms for analyzing mass spectrometry data for peptide identification and quantification, investigating disease biomarkers and assisting drug discovery and drug quality monitoring.
