My key roles and responsibilities include financial modelling and bankability analysis, managing external consultant for technical and legal due diligence and transaction structuring. In the tendering phase, I work primarily on developing Requests for Proposals and Concession Agreements, commercial review of contracts, investor outreach, market consultation and end to end bid process management. A brief description of the projects that I have worked on is as follows:1. Bangladesh RAJUK Water Distribution PPP - The first PPP project in the water distribution sector in Bangladesh with a project size of USD 72 Million. The network infrastructure would enable water supply to 1.6 million people and a private sector mobilization of USD 36 Million. 2. India Odisha State-wide Affordable Healthcare PPP Project: The project involves developing a network of primary and secondary healthcare centers on a hub and spoke model in 25 districts in the state of Odisha. The project envisages a private sector mobilization of ~ USD 115 Million and increased access to medical facilities for 65% of the Below Poverty Line Population.3. Sri Lanka Bulk Water Supply PPP Project: The first Bulk Water Supply PPP project in Sri Lanka with a project size of USD 100 Million. This project is of strategic importance to the Country since a successful implementation will open up the market for private sector participation in Water Sector.4. India Odisha Solar Park PPP Project: A 275 MW solar park spread across 2 districts in Odisha. The Project’s expected impact, include (a) Private investment mobilized of approximately USD 220,000,000 (b) Potential GHG reduction of 355,568 Metric Tons per annum, (c) Increased access to improved services to an equivalent of 124,336 number of people.
