Hi Respected Team, I have completed my high school and intermediate from Tarasundari Balika vidya Bhavan and lived in Kolkata. I have completed my B.E degree in Pharmaceutical engineering from Jadavpur University ( 4th Ranked university in India) where I have done several Research Projects .• Projects on Alzheimer’s Disease – On Ethnopharmacology Society of India – By IIT Madras • Research Project on How to differentiate Normal cell vs Cancer cell by using Gel electrophoresis, DNA fragmentation under UV spectrophotometry with the help of DRDO .During my 5th semester I got placed and started my career journey with Alteus Biogenic Pvt Ltd for my research project on Alzheimer’s Disease and take care therapy basket of Alzheimer’s Disease at that organization , where I had done patient connect activities like – Sen city Vity ( Activity for Senior citizen by connecting with old age home and this activity was so noble that it dragged attraction of Local newspaper of Pan India ) and we gather more 250+ Drs In that organization From Product Executive I got a good exposer on Brand Management ,New product Development ,New camp launch e.t.c. After that I have joined MSN labs as Assistant Product Manager here I actually do Brand planning for next Fiscal year, Budget Planning and learn how to read IQVIA data ,Next 3 years planning parts e.t.c .After that I got the exposure in Emcure lab as Product Manager which is run by on of our Shark Tank India Judge Namita Thapper . Currently I am working in Top 3 company as per IPM in Lupin as a product Manager Here I deal with the Diagnostics Industry and Learn about various business model such as B2C and B2B etc, here I am handling more than 200 + Field force ,engaging customers through CME ,RTM to create a noise level and to increase the brand value As well reduce the patient cost by Providing high value testing at a reasonable price, applying the best practices.
