• Provide technical support internal employees via ExtraTech Ticketing System, personal assistant, email, and remote connection.• IT support to customers via emails or phone calls, a record of their issues and solutions• Install/configure/relocate computer hardware, software, printers, and other terminals• Access servers, active directory, Distributed file system (DFS) and creating/managing users, groups, OU, and implementing group policy• Monitor routine internal maintenance tasks related to backup and software updates using Shadow Protect.• Maintain the Office System and Network with most recent Operating System, Applications, and Software to all devices• Handle issues with window troubleshooting (blue screen of death, password recovery, system recovery)Achievements:•.
