Responsible for handling the entire recruiting cycle such as sourcing, screening, contacting, confirming, interviewing, and placing the qualified consultant. • Sourcing, Searching, identifying consultants using job boards like CareerBuilder & Monster, Internal Database. Speak with candidates to know their priorities if they have any constraints like location, clients etc.,• Submitting the profile to the concern Account Manager with perfect match as per the job requirement. .• Scheduling interview with the client, following up with the candidates• Follow up with the consultant and the client to check the post-submission status. • Working closely with Account manager and Onsite manager• Proficient in recruiting candidates from all levels Junior Level to Senior Level.• Maintaining internal data base of consultants as per their Skill Sets.• Keeping track of consultants for future references.• Worked exclusively with ATS (Job Diva & Bull Horn) and VMS (Glassdoor, Fieldglass and Worknexus).
