• In my promoted role at Pizza Pizza, I lead internal marketing communications with operations while managing national campaign execution, including agency and internal briefing; traditional media planning; and paid social management. • Grew Pizza Pizza’s organic social following by strategically planning and executing campaigns to create engaging, fun, and best-in-class social media content across various channels such as TikTok and Instagram.• Continuously collaborating cross-functionally with creative agencies, Operations, and the Product Development team to launch new marketing initiatives and LTO products, such as the popular plant-based chick’n sandwich.• Developed the department’s comprehensive weekly Promotional Report, which utilized historical sales and performance data to measure the marketing mix. The report provides insight-driven recommendations for long-term planning and business decision-making.
