Having worked in the property and financial services sector for over 20 years, with my most recent roles being Head of Commercial Development at The Nottingham Building Society, and Senate House Chambers as their Practice Director. I've enjoyed a varied and exciting career, starting in a B2C role at a small estate agency in Northamptonshire then moving on to become team leader, branch manager and eventually Director. What I've enjoyed most across these roles is the ability to work with people. Helping others achieve objectives through taking a personalised and supportive coaching approach, has allowed my teams to build in confidence and capability and smash targets again and again. Solving problems also comes naturally to me. In earlier years I was sent in to failing branches to resolve operational and strategic issues and always left with significant development and increased profit. More recently I've been solving problems on a larger scale where I've been a central part of developing company wide change programmes and helping embed and troubleshoot strategy. Although experienced in the property and financial services sector, what brings me to work each day is the ability to enthuse and inspire others to do their best. Fulfilling a role where I can support others is central to my motivation and has always resulted positively in engagement and profitability.

Key Achievements:- Led the expansion of the Estate Agency Network from 31 to 67 branches in 5 years by devising a strategy for introducing Estate Agency services into the Building Society network. - Supported the transformation from a paper-based system to a Digital CRM system that included all aspects of the end-to-end Estate Agency process, including sales progression and invoices.
